- $67,608 to $72,210 (HEO4)
- Plus 17% employer superannuation
- Salary packaging options are available
- 5 weeks annual leave plus Christmas week shutdown, per annum

About the role
The Administrative Assistant (Residential System) provides high-level administrative services, contributing to the efficient operation of Residential Services, while improving service levels to the residents of the UNE Residential Colleges. The Administrative Assistant may be required to provide service at any of the UNE Residential Colleges. The Administrative Assistant supports the Director and staff in the Residential Colleges in the smooth operation of the unit through the promotion of sound administrative support.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Excellent word processing skills and knowledge of other relevant software and past administrative experience in a small office environment
- The ability to adapt to a changing environment
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- Demonstrated superior organisational skills, prioritising tasks, and managing strict deadlines whilst maintaining strict confidentiality

The UNE Residential System offers a unique regional collegiate living environment, comprising of seven UNE-owned and operated Colleges with a range of living arrangements for students: Austin Page College, Duval College, Mary White College, Robb College, Wright College & Village and Drummond & Smith.
