ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are searching for a Trainee Administrative Assistant to work in our organisation. If you are not already enrolled in a course currently, this will be arranged for you. If you are a team player, can work under pressure and pay attention to detail, please contact us.
This role will consist of general administrative duties within a school and corporate environment which may include but is not limited to managing calendars, answering the phone and emails with queries stakeholders, and day-to-day office assistance etc.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Basic computer and Microsoft proficiency
- Planning and organisation skills
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- A team player with the ability to work autonomously when required
- Reliable and hard working
The position is Full Time, Monday to Friday during school terms, starting in Term 3, 2024.
