Carpentaria Contracting is seeking an outstanding receptionist to join our thriving Weipa office.
This role requires an approachable and bubbly front of office person to meet and greet our clients, take calls and general office duties.
The successful applicant will be required to assist the Weipa team in our day-to-day operations.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Entering timesheets
- Hires
- Accommodation checks
- Assist with Weipa onboarding
- General reception duties
- Adhoc administration duties as directed
You’ll need to be able to work autonomously as well as take direction as required. The office can be high demand, and you’ll need to be able to keep up and keep calm in any situation. Hours required are Monday to Friday 6:30am to 4:00pm.
The successful applicant will have previous admin experience, an understanding of the Microsoft office suite program and a current driver’s licence.
