About the Role:
This popular pub is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to join the team and help lead this pub to new heights. As the Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the Hotel Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the establishment. From overseeing daily operations and managing staff to delivering exceptional customer service, you'll play a key role in maintaining our reputation as Chinchilla's premier dining and entertainment venue. With opportunities for growth and development, this role offers the chance to make a real impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A passion for hospitality and a dedication to providing outstanding service to every guest
- Current RSA, RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers required
