- Process expense claims and organise travel through online portals as required.
- Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and sales orders.
- Help with cost/revenue reporting, budget tracking, and schedule compilation.
- Accounts Payable: Process invoices, resolve invoice discrepancies, handle supplier queries, and liaise with team members for invoice approvals.
- Accounts Receivable: Invoice as required, assist with debt collection activities, and process credit notes.
- Operations: Manage work orders for projects and ad-hoc activities.
- Follow end-of-month schedules.
- Manage ordering of PPE, coordinate and arrange site inductions.
- Organise catering for meetings and events.
- Previous Accounts/ Admin experience; JDE knowledge a plus.
- Ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines.
- Adaptable and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Dependable and reliable.
