Due to our expansion, an opportunity presents itself for an admin assistant to join our team. The role will involve the typical duties expected of an admin assistant including collecting mail, scanning documents, completing legal assistant tasks (drafting letters, applications, diary management), and performing some client service-related tasks.

The successful candidate must have:
- At least 2 years of admin experience;
- Good organisational skills;
- A high level of professionalism and presentation;
- Excellent communication skills;
- A professional telephone manner;
- A friendly and helpful nature;
- A willingness to learn;
- Demonstrated an ability to build good relationships with clients;
- Ability to work with minimal supervision;
- Fast typing speed;
- A stable employment history.
