About this role
This role is responsible to assist in the running of events administered by the Catholic Arts Office and to provide administrative support for the day-to-day activities.
This is a casual fixed term position commencing 20 May 2024 and concluding 28 August 2024, located in Doubleview 8am to 4pm.
Due to the nature of the business and events being coordinated the working days of this role is as follows:
- Monday 20 May to Friday 31 May full time, then three (3) days a week thereafter Monday to Wednesday (negotiable).
- This role has potential for additional or reduced hours/ days depending on workload.
About you?
- Well-developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills including a professional, courteous and helpful telephone manner.
- Knowledge of standard office procedures including reception, meeting preparation and office equipment.
- Proficient computer skills particular with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Filemaker Pro is highly desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, work independently, set priorities, and follow instructions with focus on results and high attention to detail.
- High level of integrity.
- Proven ability to working effectively within a team environment.
- Supportive of the objectives and ethos of Catholic Education.
