About the roleThe Administrative Officer will be responsible for providing operational support to the administration team, specifically the Strategy and Operations Manager (SOM), Head of Department and other key stakeholders within the Department of Microbiology and Immunology.
What you'll be responsible for- 🖥 Office and Team Coordination
Coordinate the smooth and effective day-to-day administrative operations of an office or team
- 🗓 Organisation and Administration
Manage the smooth operation of projects and cases including filing documents, scheduling appointments, and organizing files and documents
- ✅ Prioritization
Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions
- 🔍 Attention to detail
Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exists in information and deliverables
