Administration Officer | Production Industry Your new company
This multinational company is looking to hire an Administration Officer on a temporary basis to join their team immediately at their Bathurst site. The purpose of this role is to cover maternity leave and has a potential to be extended past the original timeframe. This organisation operates worldwide and across Australia and specialise in the production and distribution of speciality materials.
Your new role
Reporting to the Manager, this role is a broad role that focuses on providing administrative support to the quarry and maintenance teams. Duties for this role include:
Organising inductions for visitors, contractors and employees
Assisting with processing sales orders and processing orders
Assisting with payroll, leave forms and timesheets
Issuing PO numbers
Assisting with safety data and reporting
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this position, you will have:
Previous administration experience
Systems experience with SAP or other similar CRM systems is highly advantageous
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work both independently and within a team environment
A driven, hard-working attitude with the capacity to hit the ground running
