The Opportunity
Are you ready to embark on a rewarding career as an Administrative Officer at Monash Biomedical Imaging (MBI). At MBI, we house state-of-the-art imaging equipment for animal and human studies and your role as an Administrative Officer will be central to the success of our platform. This role involves planning, implementing, and managing a range of complex administrative tasks, providing financial administrative support and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-level services to platform users, research participants, staff and students. You'll be part of a team that actively contributes to continuous improvement activities and builds effective working relationships with a network of colleagues and stakeholders. About You
As the Administrative Officer you will have excellent administration skills, showcasing a track record of developing, improving and implementing operational processes. Your strong organisational and time management skills will help you with setting priorities and executing plans to meet deadlines. A commitment to excellence in customer service will be paramount and you bring a hands-on approach to service provision.
As our ideal candidate, you will be able to exercise high levels of independence, judgement and initiative, while also working in a close team within a busy reception environment. Your analytical mind and problem-solving skills make you stand out, complemented by highly developed written and verbal communication abilities. If you've previously worked in a medical or research environment dealing with complex OHS requirements and supporting intricate infrastructure and equipment, we would more than welcome your application!
