ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be accountable for providing customer service, administrative and operational support to the Electrical business area.
In this role, you will support electrical delivery in all aspects of administration around delivery of programs as well as responsibilities for any allocated specific activities and projects.
Your key accountabilities will include but is not limited to:
- Coordinate and follow up on student enrolment enquiries
- Provide a high level of customer service to students, customers and staff
- Assist with the coordination of internal and external events such as Award Ceremonies, Exhibitions, Expos, Conferences and functions
- Assist in the preparation a range of regular and adhoc reports, documentation, papers and submissions
- Provide support in the use of procurement and reconciliation finance systems including invoicing and purchase orders
- Provide assistance with meeting support including room booking, preparation, minutes, agendas and document dissemination.
- Undertake administrative and related duties as required to ensure best quality of support and service for the students, customers and staff
- Maintain and process documentation, records and data, in accordance with agreed procedures and standards
ABOUT YOU
You will have relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or related disciplines or equivalent experience in a similar role.
You will have proven experience in providing high level administrative support in a complex and demanding working environment with the ability to quickly develop rapport with key stakeholders and staff in a collaborative and innovative environment. You will have a strong client focus, with demonstrated experience in building client relationships, the ability to provide excellent telephone, face-to-face and email advice and support to a diverse range of people.
You are highly motivated, with exceptional communication skills, your personal style is flexible and collaborative with the ability to contribute to team capability and operate as part of a high performing team. Experience and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint is a must.
