AddressWe are on the lookout for someone who would like the opportunity to join a team of Security Officers at a premium site in the western suburbs of Melbourne at Altona North and Port Melbourne!
Security Officers must work between both sites.
The role will be as a full-time reliever, so 24/7 availability is a must. The position is paid Level 4 on Vic EBA.
Skills And Experience:
Strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain resilience within a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of Building/Facilities Management and Contractor Compliance will be highly regarded
Intermediate computer skills and use of Microsoft Office programs
Experience using Fire (FIP, EWIS, ASE) and Security Systems (CCTV, Access, DVM) will be highly regarded
Access Control and (BMS) Building Management Systems (previous experience of Gallagher and or Honeywell systems will be highly regarded)
Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
Client-centric approach with a positive attitude to change and continuous improvement.
Leadership skills, the ability to drive and lead your team
Previous experience as a Chief Warden will be highly regarded.
Qualifications & Licenses:
Valid Victorian Security Licence (Control Room Endorsed or willing to obtain)
Current First Aid Certificate
