The Role:
The Administrative Officer is part of an integrated team leading important initiatives to strengthen our community. This role involves working with other staff to develop innovative responses and create positive relationships and partnerships that support an improved quality of life for the Salisbury community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain corporate administrative systems for the Community Health and Wellbeing Division.
- Provide comprehensive administrative services and ensure that processes and systems operate efficiently across the division.
- Deliver prompt, courteous, and high-quality customer service when handling inquiries from other departments, external stakeholders, and the public.
Who You Are:
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for achieving great community outcomes and will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Demonstrated experience working as an Administration Officer.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to edit correspondence to a high standard.
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality customer service to a broad range of internal and external customers, including people from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience working with people with complex needs and disability groups.
- Ability to handle case-sensitive material and correspondence with confidentiality.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction while contributing effectively to the team.
