About the role
We have an opportunity for an Administrative Officer to be part of our EU Source Management, State Intelligence Command team. The Administrative Officer provides a broad range of administrative services and leverages extensive command/business unit knowledge to support the business area’s program of work and facilitate the delivery of business operations.

Detail your experience and competence in the use of electronic record keeping systems to process a large volume of records. What systems did you develop to streamline this process whilst maintaining accuracy and confidentiality?

Provide an example of a time where you have been required to respond to an inquiry related to confidential and or sensitive information. How did you manage the need to resolve the inquiry whilst maintaining the confidentiality and or sensitive nature of the information?

Prior to commencement, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a rigorous National Police (criminal history) Check and obtain and maintain a Security Clearance as determined by the NSW Police Force.
