Our Orthopaedic Outpatient Clinic (Fracture Clinic) is on the lookout for CasualAdministrative Support Officers to join our exceptional team. This role is designed to support both planned and unplanned leave across our dedicated staff.

 About Us:

The Fracture Clinic offers a comprehensive, multidisciplinary service for clients recovering from orthopaedic surgery, multi-trauma incidents, and acute fractures in both adults and children. As a vital part of our Administrative Support team, you'll be the friendly and welcoming face for clients attending our bustling Outpatient Specialist Clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process referrals and schedule appointments
  • Provide exceptional clerical support and customer service
  • Manage information filing and retrieval
  • Work cohesively with all staff

Position Details:

  • Casual Position
  • Warrnambool Campus
  • Classification: Administrative Support Officer, Grade 1
  • Salary: $34.69 - $39.94 per hour
