Upon successful hiring, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Processing Sales Orders
- Invoicing
- Preparation of reports
- Updating spreadsheets
- Answering calls and dealing with enquiries
- Filing, typing and photocopying
- Dealing with customer service correspondence, mail and email
- Set up office systems and procedures as required
- Perform ad-hoc and project work as directed
- Provide professional, courteous and helpful customer service to internal and external clients
- Ensure that all tasks are completed within required time frames
- General housekeeping duties
- General administration duties as required
- Liaising with customers and other staff by telephone and email
- Providing administration support to the team
