Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Administrative Support to our team of finance professionals.
- Assist with data entry, file management, and document preparation.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Adapt to and utilize various IT programs and software used within the business.
Requirements:
- Previous industry experience preferred but not necessary.
- Ability to adapt to and learn multiple IT programs quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
