Support, Success & Consulting Services represent the voice of our customers and are a highly collaborative conduit between Sales, Tech, Product, and Marketing, ensuring the needs of our SME & Enterprise customers are understood and reflected across the business.
About the role
As the Customer Support Content Specialist, you help make our Support and Customer Experience better. The mission? Set the standards for Support Content and write outstanding Support Content using your superpowers of writing and tech skills. This is a chance to create a positive impact on our business and our customers.
This role revolves around constructing and refining user-centric content standards and structures. It involves curating and improving an internal knowledge hub customised to meet the specific needs of our audience for timely and efficient Customer Support. Regular expert-led reviews of knowledge-base articles are key. Crafting clear, impactful help content in alignment with MYOB's voice and collaborating with internal teams to produce support-centric material are vital aspects. Additionally, applying analytics and feedback to gauge and enhance content is critical for continuous improvement.
The skills you'll need
The ideal candidate should possess 2-5 years of demonstrated expertise as a content writer in a B2B Customer Service domain, specifically within a Customer Support function. This experience should include a proven track record in crafting outstanding process and online help content.
Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with critical-thinking skills are critical, alongside an adaptable and creative writing style adept at catering to diverse audiences and contexts.
A standout collaborator, able to engage effectively across all levels, and possessing the flexibility to thrive within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment is highly desirable.
