Admin position in a small friendly team. Reporting to the Site Manager, providing day-to-day administrative support . We are looking for experienced all rounder with a ‘can do attitude’, with exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. Attention to detail is a must. Training will be given on industry specific software.
Role includes, but not limited to:
- Answering telephone
- Filing
- Data Entry
- Ordering of PPE, office supplies etc.
- Cash handling.& payments
- Purchase Order Management
- Organize medicals
- Photocopying
- Liaise with colleagues out of State
- Petty Cash Management
- Handle Customer Enquiries
