They are now seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join the team as an Admin Assistant/Data Entry Co-ordinator, you will enjoy the variety in the role where no two days are the same. This is a full-time role based in St Ives with the opportunity to work two days from home a week.
The role will include:
- Administration including with assisting in developing and managing our incident management system
- Assisting the Home Care Team Leader in scheduling care workers for the program of services
- Assisting in the management of incidents reporting into the organisation's incident management system and to the Aged Care Quality Commission
- Maintaining register systems and processes
- Scheduling care workers for the program of services
- Co-ordinate with services and provide a high level of customer service to clients
- Data entry with excellent attention to detail
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and CRM Systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, use initiative, and establish priorities
- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to learn new computer systems
- Established ability to work collaboratively and independently, with both supervision and without
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- WWCC, Police Check, NDIS WC, Covid Vaccinated
- Experience in a reportable incidents environment
- A well-developed understanding of processes designed to manage incidents affecting the safety and well-being of participants
- Background in Aged Care and understanding of medical terms
- A number of probity checks are required including holding a current working with children, NDIS Screening check, COVID 19 vaccination including booster and undertaking a National police checks.
