About the role:
An opportunity has opened up for an administrator position, within an established and successful offshore energy solutions company. We are looking for a candidate that is motivated and organized to assist with purchasing & accounts in a great team with an exciting, innovative company.
Key responsibilities will include:
- General administration and accounts duties
- Create and maintain purchase orders
- Forward invoices for approval and correct coding
- Raise purchase requisitions
- Keeping stock spreadsheets up to date
- Adhoc administrative tasks
About You:
- Strong administrative experience
- Understanding of accounts and invoicing
- Strong Excel skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
