Times: 7am - 4pm

Your new role as a Site Clerk (Administrator) will be working for our client based in Fannie Bay.
Your new role
As a Site Clerk you will be ensuring the smooth operation of construction/ project sites, working closely with Project Managers/ Supervisors & other Site Clerks within the organisation.
Your main tasks will be:
Managing Administrative Tasks - Coordinate site administrators coordinate the flow of information, maintain project documentation, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Acting as central points of contact for project staff, contractors, and external stakeholders.
Site Documentation - Organising and maintaining site documentation, including user guides, policy documents, and operational procedures.
Compliance and Audits - Regular audits ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have a minimum of 1 year's admin experience.
- You must be a quick learner.
- You must be flexible in picking up extra work when needed.
- You must have great time-management.
- You must be able to prioritise work and deadlines.
- You must be a Permanent Resident/ AU Citizen
