Paradise Group NT is currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our Company on a full time basis. The successful applicant will be hard working, reliable and able to work unsupervised, with an awareness of WHS standards. As the Office Administrator you will need all round administrative capabilities to handle a broad range of duties, which will include (but not be limited to):
- Maintaining of online Vehicle Management System
- Collating End of Month WorkShop Invoices
- Assisting with Project Administration
- Account payables (MYOB)
- Payroll (MYOB)
- Invoicing (MYOB)
- Performing clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and collating
- Any other reasonable duties as the Company may require
- Temporary reception relief
Minimum requirements of this role are as follows:
- 2yr+ experience in similar role/customer service/business administration
- 2yr+ experience MYOB
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads
- Display a high level of attention to detail
- A calm approach is a must as the role can be busy at time
- Be a self-starter and demonstrate the ability to work autonomously
- Current C Class, NT Drivers Licence
Desirable:
- Cert IV in Business Administration or equivalent.
- First Aid & CPR.
Note: This is a fulltime position, Monday to Friday. Wage is commensurate with experience and/or qualifications.
