The opportunity will allow the candidate to use their diverse set of skills in both administration and customer service in a multitude of areas including administration, collation and management of contracts and client queries.
You will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Experience in a service driven organisation, in an administrative capacity
- A focus on customer service and collaborative business relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar using MS Office Suite
- Ability to manage customer accounts and some debt collection
- Strong attention to detail
