This position requires a strong, competent administrator who has at a minimum intermediate Word and Excel skills, strong numerical & communication skills and attention to detail A strong Client Service focus is essential, and previous Facilities experience is not necessary but would be viewed favourably.The primary responsibilities of the role are:
- Oversee cleaning in the 60 Margaret Street tenancy.
- Assist with staff locker allocations and provide back up support to this role.
- Process Security Access Requests & assist with regular audits.
- Collate & send daily attendance reports for all ING Australia sites.
- Submit Sustainability reporting to head office on a quarterly basis.
- Backup the Catering Administration function during leave and busy periods.
- Team In-Box processing and monthly statistics.
- Provide assistance to the Facilities Team in a range of administrative functions including, but not limited to, parking spaces, afterhours aircon, clean desk checks, reception cover, Floor Walks, and providing backup support for the team as required.
