Duration: ASAP start - temp to potential perm opportunity

Working hours: 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday, with half hour lunch break

Location: Osborne SA

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support Project Managers with administration duties
• Inducting new employees
• Organising security passes
• Entering new starter information into database
• Filing and document management
• Using MS Word and Excel
• Ad-hoc administrative support duties

Skills and experience required to be successful in this role:

• Previous administration experience gained within an office environment is essential to be considered for this opportunity.
• It is preferred that your administrative experience includes recruitment administration/on-boarding experience
• IT Literate (MS Word and MS Excel)
• Excellent time management capabilities with high attention to detail and accuracy
• You will need to be immediately available
• You will need recent police clearance (within three months) or be prepared to secure police clearance documentation
