Job description

Position Summary
 
The position involves managing all the warranty and non-warranty Product Returns from all channels as well as communication with relevant stakeholders. The role will be an intermediary between supply chain and commercial channels and supporting the business by running robust and reliable returns operations.  The role will play a significant part in continues improvement of quality and reliability of our products through upholding effective communication between operations, commercial and customers.
  
Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manage and facilitate Product Returns (warranty & non-warranty) from all channels and customers.
  • Ensure all returns are recorded and documented accurately.
  • Liaise with the Supply Chain team in relation to any legitimate quality issues and manage the communication process between the relevant stakeholders and facilitate solutions.
  • Provide monthly warranty reports on all returns across the business.
  • Provide support to quality control and production teams identifying and resolving any quality issues.
  • Conduct and manage product assessments and ensure customer satisfaction through robust, prompt, and reliable returns and assessment process.
  • Drive continuous improvement to processes and systems with customer experience at the forefront of mind.
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity of ERP software (Infor M3 desirable).
  • Have a continuous improvement mindset and are always looking at ways to reduce complexity and bottlenecks.
  • Thrive and stay grounded in high pressure situations; resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and use it as a tool for self-education and training purposes.
  • Able to learn quickly and develop appropriate skills.
  • Experience with MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
