About the Role
As the HR Administrator/Payroll, you will assist and support the HR manager with administrative tasks, Human Resource initiatives and provide advice and assistance to employees. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the payroll and peripheral functions meet government, statutory and legislative compliance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Entering employment data into the company database
- Creating contracts and HR documentation as required
- Maintaining accurate employee documents and updating employees file records
- Coordinate and respond to general HR enquiries, escalating enquiries as needed
- Support and answer employees with their request for information relating to policies, or their employment
- Assist with Reward and Recognition programs
- Ensure all statutory payroll, superannuation and HR compliance requirements are achieved
- Manage end to end weekly payroll for employees (using Employment Hero).
- Prepare EOM/ EOY/ Monthly, in conjunction with Finance Department.
- Maintain knowledge of EBA and other legislation.
- Provide day-to-day support for HR administrative operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes.
