TP Human Capital is currently recruiting for an Administration Officer specialisingin Workplace Health and Safety, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks critical to maintaining a safe and compliant workplace environment in heavy industry.
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Documentation: Maintain accurate records in safety databases, including incident reports, safety documentation, and compliance records.
- Risk Management Support: Assist in maintaining risk registers, conducting audits, and contributing to management plans.
- Coordination: Book and track medical examinations for safety compliance purposes.
- Administrative Support: Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls. Handle office supplies inventory and procurement.
- Meeting and Travel Coordination: Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the safety department.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and requests promptly and confidentially.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office administrator, within a heavy industry or safety-focused environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
