YOUR NEW ROLE:
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of administrative tasks within a process-driven environment. This team operates in a project-style setting, where activities progress along specified timelines. Projects vary in duration, with some being quick and others lasting up to 6 months.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, your daily responsibilities will involve managing administrative duties for these projects, which includes email correspondence.
While full hands-on training is available on the systems and processes used, you must bring at least 4 years administration experience in a task-oriented environment.
In this role, there is no customer service component, you will not be engaging directly with customers. All communication is managed through email channels.
What you bring:
· Strong organisational skills
· Previous experience in admin or project support.
· Proficiency in MS Office including Excel; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
· Accurate data entry skill
