About The RoleOur Brisbane office has an opening for an Office Administrator to join our lively and close-knit Team. Reporting to the Office Manager you will be the “Go to” person for a large variety of tasks to support multiple teams in the Office on a day to day basis.This role is a Full Time position 8.00am-5.00pm Monday to Friday and we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
What You'll Do
As well as providing a high standard of quality administrative support some key responsibilities will include:Office management, ie dairy management, booking meeting rooms, making travel arrangements, On- boarding of new starters, arranging social events, kitchen supplies, ordering stationary etc
Procurement and Finance, ie expenses for all staff, setting up new vendors, monitor Purchase Orders, checking invoices and liaising with accounts team
Health and Safety, ie book and arrange staff for site inductions, manage and track all personal on site, ensuring all H&S are up to date and adhered to
Point of contact for 3 key projects
Creating charts and basic formulas within Excel for EGM and Project DirectorWhat You'll BringRelevant experience as an Office or Team Administrator within a large organisation
Strong attention to detail
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
