A fantastic opportunity exists with Local Government in Ballina for an experienced Administrator.
Duties will include providing high level administration, customer service and Secretarial Support to Councils Development Services section.
Essential
- Alignment with Council’s values – Creative, Accessible, Respectful, Energetic, Safe.
- High level administration and typing skills.
- Previous Local Government experience, with competence in associated systems.
- Customer service skills with experience in providing professional phone based service.
Desirable
- Understanding of building and development regulations within a local government
context.
Working knowledge of the NSW Planning Portal.
Hours 8.30am - 4.00pm
3 Days per week
3 Month contract
