About the role:
The Shared Services team is currently seeking an Administrator to join them on a Monday to Friday roster on a 12-month max term contract, based at the Perth Remote Operations Centre. Reporting to the Supervisor Shared Services, you will be responsible for providing administrative type duties, largely consisting of raising purchase requisitions and creating service entry sheets. This role requires someone with the ability to handle a high workload of repetitive tasks and is adaptable to change.
Duties:
- Managing a high volume of purchase requisitions, service entry sheets and PPE orders for stakeholders, including invoices and quotes through SAP
- Liaising and building relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure approval and financial funds are raised in a timely manner to comply with company policies
- Provide excellent customer service that ensures information is provided accurately and efficiently
- Ability to work from multiple inboxes and action items accordingly
Skills and Experience:
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Suite
- Experience with SAP
- Skills to prioritise workload and ability to cope with high pressure situations and deadlines
- Experience in and office administration type role desirable
