Some might even say it feels like being “right at home”.As the Administrator - Supplier Partnerships (known as the Administrator - External Business Controls in our organisation), you will be responsible for supporting the External Business Controls (EBC) team to deliver the Myer Merchandise strategy as profitably as possible. The successful candidate will gain exposure to multiple product areas across the entire Myer business, including Apparel, Footwear, Accessories, Beauty, Homewares and Entertainment and ultimately assist in improving the bottom line of the organisation.

- Management and maintenance of the supplier terms master data base
- Collaboration with Myer buying teams and relevant business stakeholders (EBC, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Legal) on supplier income related activities
- Maintenance of regular reporting trackers on all forms of supplier income, including but not limited to supplier delivery performance, markdown rebates, advertising subsidy, various automated agreements and time-based manual agreements
- Support the Planner and the Head of EBC in ensuring the successful operation of the EBC team
- Assist Buying teams and Finance with the Supplier Rebate process
- Accountable for deployment of monthly supplier delivery performance reports, and managing supplier queries
- Manage positive and productive relationships with Buying, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing and Legal teams and external suppliers
- Previous retail and / or administration experience highly regarded
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills - Outlook, Work, Excel, PowerPoint
- Intermediate technology / computer skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong organisation and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Retail, financial and business acumen
- Experience in planning systems advantageous
