The Role
The Toll Group is constantly evolving, and investing heavily in its future growth plans in transport, logistics and Supply Chain. Toll Industrials has an open position for a Rating Clerk to join their Arndell Park site. You will be responsible for administration and data entry. This is a genuine Temp to Perm opportunity with Mon-Fri 7am-4pm hours. You must have a great attitude and attention to detail. This role could suit someone who has SAP experience and great with spreadsheets. Offering a great team culture and supportive management. Training provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a consistent and reliable experience for the involved stakeholders
- To provide clear and accurate information regarding the billing process
- Ensure all invoices are matched to jobs
- Handle all data entry with high level of accuracy
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated administration skills and exhibit a great work ethic
- SAP or TMS experience an advantage
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
- Must be efficient
