REQUIREMENTS
- Provide general administrative and customer service support to the team
- Customer liaison
- Offer front desk support when needed
- Address administrative inquiries
- Generate quotes and issue invoices to customers
- Coordinate delivery for completed jobs
- Assist with payroll tasks, including managing leave forms and attendance lists
- Myob Experience
- Generate production work orders and coordinate job delivery
- Updating and maintaining databases
- Provide accounts payable assistance
- Assist generate quotes and customer invoicing
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures
- Undertake role in a safe manner, ensuring safety of self, other team members and visitors or other people in the workplace.
