Tronox is seeking a Business Support Administrator on a 12 month MAX TERM CONTRACT to join their Maintenance team at their Cooljarloo Mine Site in Cataby.
Our Cooljarloo mine site is located near Cataby, 190km north of the CBD. The mine offers a range of lifestyle options including the opportunity to reside in coastal towns such as Lancelin or Jurien Bay, or alternatively employees can stay in our new camp based accommodation nearby whilst rostered on a nine (9) day fortnight where you will be home every weekend

About the role
Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, the Business Support Administrator will be accountable for:
- General administration such as document and process processing, tracking and monitoring
- Coordinating and compiling daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Usage and understanding of company systems including but not limited to DocTrack, Ellipse and SAP
- Organisation of meetings and the subsequent collation and follow up of minutes and actions
- Maintaining documentation associated with safety leadership actions, business plan commitments, global summary reports, communication newsletters and noticeboards etc.
- General clerical duties such as: purchase orders, work orders, work requests, general support etc.
About you
To be successful in your application you will ideally need to possess:
- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Word, Teams and Powerpoint
- Intermediate Excel knowledge; proficiency in the use of pivot tables; SQL Programming language (highly advantageous)
- Experience with SAP (highly advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working within the mining or manufacturing industry would be highly advantageous
