Administrative Assistants (Senior Administration & Office Support)

Treescape is a leading Vegetation Management company specialising in powerline vegetation control and public and commercial Green Asset management.

We currently have a unique opportunity available in our Rockhampton office working with some of our major contracts. Treescape is seeking the right candidate to support our Central QLD operations as an administrator. This role will be 5 days a week full time with the possibility for flexible start and finish times for the right applicant!

 Your tasks will range include:

Timesheet coordination

Financial administration support

Invoicing/Quotes & Regular Reporting

Liaising with clients

Purchase order and goods receipt processing

 It is highly desirable if you have the below training or skill sets:

• Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• SAP experience
• Fast keyboard skills, with an accuracy rate of 98%.
• Good telephone manner, listening and communication skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Valid QLD Drivers License
