Description
As an Administrator your responsibilities will include:
- Manage incoming calls, emails and enquiries from clients and stakeholder
- Create bookings for clients as required
- Raise any client welfare concerns with your team leader or via the notification tool as per the standard operating procedure
- Create and manage payments using appropriate system
- Maintain clients as per your Salesforce dashboard and KPIs including service and financial agreements
- Ensuring all data entry of sale and quotes is to the highest of standards
- Directly coordinating and planning the daily activities and work of all Field Service Technicians
- Scheduling daily and in advance all work to technicians and or additional equipment for reactive and planned calls to ensure first time fix [right tech/skill/right site/right tools, in accordance with legislated tolerances, SLA's & KPI's
- Establishing solid working relationships with internal staff and customers
- Assessing and solving problems and remedying underlying cause to reduce or remove recurrence
The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated ability to manage high work volume and work calmly under pressure
- Working successfully within a team environment with the ability to work unsupervised
- Excellent problem solving, negotiating and decision-making skills
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literate ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Hold a current Provide First Aid and CPR certificate (or willing to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening check (or willing to obtain)
- Open Class Code C driving licence, plus excellent driving record Satisfactory
- Criminal History Check (or ability to obtain)
