Job description

An exciting opportunity has opened for an enthusiastic individual to provide administrative support at Macquarie Hospital in Northern Sydney Local Health District, where our team deliver specialist mental health intervention and rehabilitation services to the community. The administration role involves being part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing clerical and administrative support, and working collaboratively to ensure efficient running of an open ward.

Remuneration: $33.30 - $34.34 per hour

What you'll be doing

The Administration Officer provides a comprehensive range of administration support and customer service to the staff and customers of NSLHD, in the pursuit of unit and department outcomes.

  2. Well-developed computer literacy, including accurate data entry skills, experience with Microsoft Office 365, Oracle applications including Stafflink and iProcurement, and eMR applications including PowerChart and EDPJB.
  3. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
