The Riverina Eastern Regional Organisation of Councils (REROC) is a voluntary association of 8 councils located in the eastern Riverina region of NSW.
We are seeking a highly organised person who is able to work in a dynamic environment that covers everything from youth leadership to the circular economy. If you are person who thrives on variety and welcomes the chance to learn something new every day, then this job for you.
You will have strong administrative skills, be capable and confident in the use of the Microsoft Office suite. You will be able to work independently and as part of a small team.
This is a front-facing position, hybrid working options are not available however flexible hours will be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Provision of secretarial, administrative, and general support to the CEO and Project staff.
- Timely production of correspondence.
- Sourcing and booking conference, meeting and event venues.
- Assisting with organisation and promotion of conferences, events and meetings.
- Co-ordination of travel arrangements for the CEO and other staff.
- Purchasing office supplies.
- Assist with accounts administration.
- Manage social media and website accounts and production of the REROC newsletter.
- Answering phones and enquiries.
Position Criteria
Essential Experience and Licences
- Computer Literacy and software knowledge, particularly a high level of proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft Office, specifically, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience in social media and website maintenance.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent levels of both internal and external customer service.
- Ability to work independently, and cooperatively; and contribute as part of a team.
- Ability to work on a variety of tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all REROC’s operations.
- Posses a current Class C Driver Licence.
Desirable Qualifications
- Certificate III or Diploma level qualification in Business Administration or similar, desirable.
