We are looking for a FULL-TIME, passionate and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team. As an experienced Medical Receptionist you will excel at providing high quality administrative services for our specialists, patients and staff
You will possess a keen attitude to learning, whilst embracing a strong customer service focus. As the first point of contact for Doctors & patient's you will help manage the daily reception and administration operations for the practice working long side our existing reception team.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Medical Receptionist, with knowledge of Cardiology highly desirable
- Self starter who is highly organised with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Computer literate with proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Professional and polished personal presentation and phone manner
- High standard of customer care with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly and professional manner.
- Position based in our Bella Vista clinic, however must have a willingness to travel to our other clinic locations.
- Experience utilising Shexie will be an advantage.
