Leading Insulation Company located in South West Sydney seeking a highly qualified Administration Assistant to join our team for an immediate start.
You will be responsible for :
- Data entry of all sales and builders releases
- Efficient accurate recording of customer details onto our in house database
- Respond to changes in job bookings
- Assess product requirements and amounts for each job
- Liase with installer teams
- Processing customers guarantee certificates
- Material ordering
- Managing office supplies stock and placing orders.
- Maintaining and updating company databases.
- Organising and maintaining filing systems, managing document control.
- Answering queries by employees and clients
- Maintaining individual, team and company calendars and scheduling appointments.

To secure this role you will need:
- Minimum 3 years previous in an Office Administration role
- Previous experience in high volume of data entry
- Ability to read and understand builders plans
- High Attention to detail with Excellent numeracy skills a must
- Proven Customer service experience with an excellent phone manner and initiative
- Strong MS Office and Outlook skills
- Demonstrate a high standard of organisation skills
- Previous experience in the building industry an advantage
- Be a team player, reliable, punctual, proactive and trustworthy
