The Student Administration Services Division manages and delivers student-focused administrative services relating to all administrative aspects of students’ engagement ensuring to deliver an efficient and transparent end-to-end service effectively.
The Admissions Assistant will deliver high quality organisational and administrative support to the Senior Manager and Admissions Team and assist in the processing of applications and admissions enquires for both domestic and international students.
This position requires a team player who has experience in providing accurate and efficient administrative support in a fast-paced working environment and can use initiative and exercise judgment to solve administrative and customer service issues.
To be successful in the role you will be proficient in Microsoft Office programs with experience in using database systems to manage data and records. You will be willing to contribute to continuous improvements to ensure effective and efficient processes are maintained.
The Admissions Assistant will interact and communicate with internal and external stakeholders from a variety of organisational levels and cultural backgrounds, requiring professionalism and cultural awareness.
