The Administration Assistant an essential part of the management team of the UOW Eurobodalla campus. The position assists in the day-to-day management of the campus and provides technical and policy advice and support to staff, students and the general public.
In this role you will provide in-depth student services to prospective and current UOW students, external clients and internal stakeholders. This role is the first level of escalation for complex matters, problems and complaints and may be focused on a specific aspect of student administration (eg: fees management).
This role plays a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and current students through the provision of high-quality service that continually exceeds student expectations.
