We are searching for a passionate and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to job share the Admissions Manager's role. Your new role will be responsible for conducting clinical assessments and developing person centered care plans for both permanent and respite admissions.

To be successful in this position you should meet the following criteria:
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Possess knowledge of the residential aged care framework and accreditation standards - or ability to learn quickly
- Previous Aged Care Experience - highly regarded
- Ability to conduct admission processes & clinical assessments that will generate person Care Plans
- Willingness to adapt to person centered care models based on holistic health
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as a member of a team
The role

- Job Share role
- Hourly rate range - $37.46 to $44.67
- Competitive Salary packaging - up to $30 000 grossed up (permanent employees only)
