The role of the Client Services/Admissions Manager is a key role at Signature Care. Our ideal candidate will be warm, attentive, professional and have a ‘can-do’ approach. You will be our residents and their families first and last impressions as you welcome and curate their experience. From the first point of contact at enquiry, providing guidance during admission and continuing the journey with ongoing support for our residents during their tenure. You will put the residents at the forefront of everything you do with outstanding customer service as your focus.
Job Description:
- Monday – Friday, 9-5pm
- Ability to network, liaise and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders being hospitals, ACAT, social workers, medical practices and age care placement agencies within the Aged Care Industry
- End to end sales management – ensuring the maintenance of satisfactory occupancy
- Knowledge of financial requirements for admission into an age care facility (training will be provided)
- Facilitate tours of residence
- Impeccable organisational skills essential to assist in the smooth transition of admission process into the residence
- Monitor the quality and standards of service delivery of non-clinical services. Ensuring complaints are resolved, and update and maintain action plans
- Maintaining sound customer relations. Take ownership of residents and their families issues and follow problems through to their resolution
- Ensure residence is presented in a clean, tidy and neat fashion at all times
- Bachelor of Nursing and AHPRA Registration is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Standards
- Exceptional customer service consistent with our vision and values
- Experience in coordination and delivery of administrative services in health, community or residential aged care desirable but not essential (Full training will be provided for the right candidate!)
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Administrative experience – Tech literacy is a must
- High standard of personal appearance and conduct that is clean, neat, tidy, punctual with respectful language and manner
- Ability to identify, resolve, de-escalate and manage problems and conflict situations effectively
