About the Position
The Student Admissions and Enrolment Officer is a pivotal role in the organisation responsible for the speedy turnaround of student applications. The role involves assessing student applications, issuing letters of offers, processing CoEs as well as other functions, whilst maintaining an eye for detail, having a can-do attitude, and excellent customer service skills.
The main functions of the position include but are not limited to:
- Assessing student applications in accordance with college policies and procedures
- issuing student offers
- Processing CoEs through PRISMS
- Meet government reporting deadlines within PRISMS.
- Maintaining and updating student and agent information
- provide accurate and timely advice to students and agents
- Assessment of GTE requirements
- provide administrative and admissions support as required
About You
To be considered for the position you will have:
- Similar experience in international education preferred (ideally about 2+ years)
- Experience with RTOManager or Meshed Preferred
- Understanding of ESOS, the National Code 2018, CRICOS and PRISMS.
- High-level customer service orientation, including understanding customer needs and exceeding expectations.
- Willingness and ability to work with people with diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- High level written and oral communication skills.
- Highly developed organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritise and meet set deadlines.
- high level of computer competency
