Our culture celebrates diversity and prioritises wellbeing and belonging, ensuring our people can thrive.About The Role:The Apprentice and Trainee Admissions Officer is responsible for supporting the Office of the Chief Industry and Education Officer with administrative, secretarial and project activities to ensure the smooth operations of the Office. This includes:
- Provide general administrative and executive support to the CIEO and Executive Advisor.
- Provide administrative and project support to support the delivery of programs and initiatives within Industry and Education.
- Assist in the preparation of documents including reports, presentations, graphs and charts to inform decision making by management.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing and maintaining confidential files and associated correspondence.
- Experience with administration in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated advanced skills in MS Office suite of programs.
- Currently studying (enrolled and actively working towards completing TAE within two years) OR have a completed Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110) including Design & Develop Assessment tools (TAEASS502 or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B) and address Adult language, literacy and Numeracy (LLN) skills (TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A)
