The Visitor Services Officer - Admissions (VSO) reports to the Admissions Coordinator and forms part of the wider Visitor Services team.
As a part time VSO, you will be a confident and professional communicator who engages with our visitors to Make Their Day and utilise your selling experience to promote and upsell commercial products and memberships, to exceed our conversion targets.
The roster is a set fortnightly roster, working one in two weekends for a total of 45.60 hours a fortnight.
A valid police check and WWCC will be required for this role. You will also be required to undertake first aid training and be actively involved in the first aid roster.
